About the 2016 RTB Training Program
COACH MARK'S KICK OFF RUN BEGINS WINTER TRAINING
Runners of all abilities are invited to Coach Mark Buciak for a Kick Off Run this Saturday.
5K joggers to Boston Marathoners are welcome!
There is no charge to attend but please RSVP.
Coach Mark is a veteran of 60 career marathons including 37th straight Boston Marathons.
Date: Saturday, December 3rd
Time Schedule:
8:30am: Check-in and free injury screening by the PT's of Athletico Physical Therapy
8:45am: Welcome and Tips
8:50am: Warm-ups
9:00am: Run
Post-run: Q & A with Coach Mark inside the warm and cozy visit center
Distance: 20 to 60 minutes at a relaxed pace
Location: The Morton Arboretum, Lisle, IL (I-88 ...exit RT 53 North)
Morton is known as the best location for Winter running in all of Chicagoland
Meeting Point: Visitor's Center Annex off of the main parking lot
Cost: Free to join the run but please RSVP by Friday at 2:00pm at: www.theroadtoboston.info
Regular admission fees to the arboretum apply but it is free to members
