WHAT: 3 Days, 2 nights of running, Yoga & Pilates & stretch classes, seminars, healthy meals, massages, snow shoeing, and social time with fellow runners.

WHERE: Little known but highly scenic and well respected Benet Lake, Wisconsin. Only 90 minutes from downtown Chicago, but you’ll feel like you are worlds away. Featuring: fresh air, peacefulness, new friends and hills.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Runners and athletes who are in respectable condition that want to improve their running skills, knowledge & abilities.
This camp is ideal for runners training for the 114th Boston Marathon, other Spring marathons or races, especially hilly courses. Or perhaps you just want to get in shape early for the upcoming Summer races.
Friends & spouses of runners are also invited to attend & take part in the non-running portions (Yoga & Pilates classes, seminars, etc), meals and social events.
YOUR CAMP DIRECTOR: Mark Buciak (PB 2:30) has completed 53 career marathons, including 30 consecutive Boston Marathons. No one in the State of Illinois has more Boston experience than Mark. He is a writer for Chicago Athlete Magazine and is program director of THE ROAD TO BOSTON Training Program. DR. DAVID W. O’BRIAN, DPM: Will present a workshop on foot injuries and how to avoid them. Dr. O’Brian has more than 25 years of experience of working with Olympic runners & world class athletes as well as the average Sunday jogger. (www.runningsportsdoc.com)
FACILITIES: No, we are not winter camping. Our camp headquarters will be at St. Benedict Abby in Benet Lake, Wis. Each runner will have a private room with a restroom and shower. Rooms are available with double beds for couples.
