TRAINING PROGRAM - January 9, 2009 to April 15, 2009
LOCATION
Formula Fitness Club: 1030 N. Clark Street, 6th Floor. Just 2 blocks south of the CTA Division St. stop on the Red line (see map)
SIGN-IN
At the front desk, sign a FFC liability release & have a photo ID
PARKING
3 hours self park for only $3 with validation. Credit card only. Enter garage just 200 meters South of the Dave & Buster’s
SCHEDULE
5:45PM: Arrival, check-in and changing
5:50PM: Coach Mark available for one on one discussions & questions
6:15PM: Running tips, light stretching and details of tonight’s workout
6:30PM: Out the door and running
POST RUN
Upon arrival, please quickly change into dry clothes. 10 minutes after the return from our run, we will gather in the yoga studio on 7th floor (one level up, use the stairs) for 10 to 20 minutes of post run stretching and core work. Yoga mats will be available
QUESTIONS
Coach Mark will remain after the core work workouts if anyone has additional questions
NOTES:
- This schedule will be conducted in a timely matter
- Those who want to socialize and/or relax, and do not want to be included in the post run workouts are asked to not enter the yoga studio
- If there is a guest speaker, their presentation will take place after the core workouts are concluded.
- The above schedule will take place each week so everyone will know what to expect and we can maintain an orderly routine
- As always, members’ questions, suggestions and ideas are most welcome by Coach Mark
- Most tempo workouts will be on Wednesdays but there will be an occasional Tuesday evening so check the weekly e-mail and webpage
